Newcastle based company is looking for focused, ambitious candidates to work buoyant technology recruitment markets in Europe.
£18K – £25K base. £50K first year OTE.
Are you a recent graduate? Do you have a work record since graduating that shows grit and initiative? If not a graduate, do you have good B2B sales/research/account management experience?

You only have to build your practice once in recruitment. Why not join a company small enough to put you in daily contact with its senior players, yet strong enough to compete on the global stage? Working across niche technology markets, our client needs German speakers to join an expanding delivery and recruitment team. These are strong areas within anti-cyclical markets, not bound to current UK economic conditions.
You’ll be researching, following leads and picking up the phone to source candidates/leads for the sales team, aspiring to join that team yourself by showing ingenuity and producing results. For those with excellent client handling skills, you could move into a pure account management role at an early stage.
Show an awareness of where candidates for roles can be located and how they can be prised from embedded positions. Building a big and clever database full of great leads will bring promotion and bonuses.
What type of person do you need to be?
